1 - Do not stay longer than three hours fasting
2 - Do not eat sweets on an empty stomach or between the main meals
3 - Do not eat carbohydrates in the 4 hours before bedtime
4 - Drink 1.5 Liters (0.4 gallons) of water per day
5 – Eat soup always in the beginning of the meals
6 – Make always a complete breakfast at home
7 - Prefer white meat to red meat
8 – Do, at least, four fish meals per week
9 - Eat slowly and meals and at regular times
10 - Sleep at least 8 hours per day

Whilst I don't disagree with the points made, I do think your post misses out one very crucial area.

Your 10 rules are great and would work if there was no psyche involved. Or if you ignore the scientific research that demonstrates exactly how body chemistry is altered in over eaters to maintain their over eating.
Your 10 rules imply that they and a bit of will power is all that is needed.
That's simply not true.
I think you do over eaters a grave disservice by failing to acknowledge the psychological aspect.
BTW, do you know your blog background makes your posts very difficult to read?
